POL-EKO ZLW-T 200 Laboratory Ultra-Low Freezer -40°C (Smart / Smart PRO)

The ZLW-T 200 is a laboratory-grade ultra-low freezer offering 210 liters chamber capacity and 140 liters usable volume operating within -40…0°C temperature range. Forced air convection and polyurethane foam insulation ensure uniform temperature distribution throughout the chamber, while the stainless steel inner cabinet provides excellent chemical resistance. The primary distinction between Smart and Smart PRO models is display size (4.3" / 7") and connectivity options, with Smart PRO additionally featuring WiFi capability.

The unit employs a PID microprocessor control system with 0.1°C resolution, delivering ±1.5°C temperature fluctuation at -20°C. Optional Class 3.2 over-temperature protection in accordance with DIN 12880 standard is available, which is critical for pharmaceutical and biobanking applications requiring sample security. R290 refrigerant (GWP=3) provides low environmental impact.

Standard configuration includes 2 perforated shelves, expandable to maximum 4, capable of supporting 65 kg product load (160 kg with reinforced PW model). LAN and USB ports enable data logging and system integration, with WiFi connectivity added in the Smart PRO model. Flexible external housing options—powder-coated or polished stainless steel—accommodate various laboratory environments. Additional security features include over-temperature alarm, door open alarm, and door lock mechanism.
