POL-EKO ZLN-UT 500 VIP Ultra Low Temperature Deep Freezer (-86°C)

The ZLN-UT 500 VIP is a 482-liter ultra-low temperature deep freezer designed for long-term secure storage of cell cultures, reagents, plasma and biological specimens in laboratory environments. Operating between -86°C and -50°C, the unit provides stable temperature control with low energy consumption thanks to VIP vacuum insulation panels.

The Smart model features a 4.3-inch, and Smart PRO model a 7-inch full-color touchscreen display with PID microprocessor control; Smart PRO additionally offers WiFi connectivity for remote monitoring capabilities. The natural air convection system operates silently and vibration-free without moving parts. Stainless steel inner chamber (Smart: DIN 1.4016, Smart PRO: DIN 1.4301) and two independent inner compartments facilitate specimen organization.

The unit is engineered to extend the warm-up time from -80°C to -60°C to 90 minutes in case of power failure, providing additional security for critical specimen protection. Optional DIN 12880 compliant Class 3.2 over-temperature protection ensures additional assurance for pharmaceutical and clinical applications. With 352-box capacity (133×133×50 mm), it is suitable for high-density specimen storage.
