POL-EKO ZLN-UT 300 VIP Ultra Low Temperature Deep Freezer (-86°C)

The ZLN-UT 300 VIP is an ultra low temperature deep freezer designed for laboratory, biotechnology, and clinical applications where specimen integrity is critical, reaching temperatures down to -86°C. With a 345-liter storage capacity and dual internal compartments, it enables organized specimen preservation.

The unit is available in two versions: Smart with 4.3" touchscreen and Smart PRO with 7" touchscreen and WiFi connectivity, both featuring PID microprocessor-based temperature control. VIP vacuum insulation panels provide superior thermal stability maintained through natural air convection. Cool-down time from +20°C to -80°C is 180 minutes, while warm-up time from -80°C to -60°C during power loss is 90 minutes—providing critical safety margin for specimens.

Robustness is enhanced through optional DIN 12880 Class 3.2 overheat protection, door lock, open-door alarm, and LAN/USB connectivity (WiFi on Smart PRO) for remote monitoring and security. Stainless steel inner chamber (Smart: DIN 1.4016, Smart PRO: DIN 1.4301) and reinforced perforated shelving ensure durability. Natural refrigerants R290/R170 minimize environmental impact.
