The Atago PAL-14S is a digital handheld refractometer engineered for rapid and accurate measurement of fructose concentration in solution. With a measurement range of 0.0–50.0% (g/100g) and accuracy of ±0.2%, it is widely used in fruit juice manufacturing, honey analysis, sugar industry operations, and food quality assurance laboratories.
