The instrument measures inverted sugar percentage in the range of 0.0–99.9% and optical rotation between −5.00° and +5.00°. Brix measurement range is 0.0–85.0%. With IP65 protection rating, it resists dust and water splash in production environments. Since temperature compensation is not available, sample temperature should be controlled for accurate measurements.
