Article 1 — Withdrawal period

The BUYER may withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery without giving a reason.

Article 2 — Return conditions

Returned goods must be unused/undamaged, with invoice and all accessories/consumables intact.

Article 3 — Non-returnable items

Custom-built instruments/solutions; opened consumables unsuitable for hygiene reasons (chemicals, media, buffers, electrodes, etc.) may be excluded.

Article 4 — Return process

After the withdrawal notice, goods are sent to the address given by the SELLER; the refund follows suitability checks.

Article 5 — Refund

Refunds are made within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal notice, using the BUYER’s payment method where appropriate.
