Article 1 — Data controller

Article 2 — Personal data processed

Name/title, contact details (phone, email, address), order–invoice and payment information, and site usage logs may be processed.

Security logs: server access logs kept for the security of our site. Aggregate figures, such as how many times pages are viewed, are derived from these logs without using your IP address and without linking them to your identity, and are used to improve the site; the logs are deleted after 30 days.

Article 3 — Purposes of processing

Running order and contract processes, delivery, invoicing, customer support, and fulfilling legal obligations.

Article 4 — Transfer

Data is shared with carriers, payment providers, e-invoice systems and competent authorities only as needed and in line with applicable law.

Article 5 — Retention

Personal data is kept for the periods required by law and for as long as the processing purpose requires.

Server access logs are deleted after 30 days (Article 2).

Article 6 — Data subject rights (KVKK art. 11)
